I am a Sport and Exercise Scientist, Advanced Personal Trainer, Golf Psychologist and a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Forest Bathing+ Guide.
My philosophy is based on using science and research in a real world setting, in short everyday life.
The science of daily living is a practical approach to physical health and wellness which is based on scientific evidence.
Most of what we do everyday involves science in some way, although sometimes it is not so obvious.
I understand that everyone is unique so I develop tailored interventions in physical activity, health and wellness for people of all ages.
From physical fitness to having an healthy lifestyle. From specialising on the golfing mind to allowing the mind to find peace.
I also am used to working with groups and specialise in outdoor environments and am Outdoor First Aid Certified.
We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from their territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous people still connected to this land on which we gather.

I am currently based in Northern Colorado and cover the Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins areas.
