Faced with many challenges as a child I developed into a really good sportswoman and even played at national level. Golf was a sport I took up later and found transferring my hockey skills was easy. What helped me become a more successful golfer was to develop my golf mindset for my game which helped me win at club level and in national competitions.


Those of us who play know that it can be both exciting and frustrating. By understanding and developing your golfing mind you can make the changes that matter to your game. The time between each shot can play tricks on you despite your level of experience, course knowledge, playing technique and physical fitness.
